Job Summary: As a Clinical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in growing Octave’s network of licensed clinicians across multiple markets.
This is a sourcing-focused role for a recruiter who knows how to find and engage specialized talent, build strong pipelines, and adjust their approach when traditional sourcing strategies aren’t enough. You’ll own recruiting outcomes across assigned markets, using pipeline data, market insights, AI, and recruiting technology to identify opportunities and continuously improve your approach. You’ll manage clinicians throughout the recruiting process while creating a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience and clearly communicating what makes practicing with Octave unique.
