Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with recent Medical Surgical experience to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and adhere to hospital standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Document patient information and clinical procedures accurately.
• Comply with all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current BLS and NIH Certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work in a location with no local candidates within 50 miles.
