Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Safety: Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Scheduling: Maintain project schedules, coordinate subcontractor activities, and ensure timely project milestones.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address construction-related challenges and issues promptly, seeking innovative solutions when necessary.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and to high standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and permits related to construction activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, industrial engineering and/or related field (a plus) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations (a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Job Order Contracting experience (a plus).
