Clinic Director/Equity Partner

Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/Student Loan Repayment or Relocation Assistance

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
