The Opportunity

This is a part-time, W-2 position for a licensed speech-language pathologist ready to build a meaningful caseload within a small, intentional, family-centered practice. We already have a waitlist of families ready to be seen — which means this role has real momentum from day one.

Hours will grow as the caseload establishes, with a clear path toward 10 hours per week and eventually up to 20. We're building something from the ground up and want the right person to grow with us — all the way.

What You'll Do

• Conduct speech-language evaluations for pediatric clients
• Provide direct therapy services with a primary focus on early and functional language development and AAC
• Support clients with articulation, fluency, and pediatric feeding as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with our founding SLP and occupational therapist for integrated, family-centered care
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment reviews and family coaching as appropriate

Schedule

This is an in-person position based at our Georgetown Square location. We offer scheduling across at least three days per week, with a mix of afternoon and evening availability so families with different schedules can be served. Exact days are built collaboratively with the right candidate.

Hours & Growth

This role is designed to grow. Hours begin light as the caseload is established, building toward approximately 10 hours per week and eventually up to 20. Long term, we see a path to full-time for the right fit — with compensation and benefits that reflect that commitment when the time comes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship
• Experience working with pediatric populations (CFY experience considered)

Preferred:

• Experience in early language development, AAC, or functional communication
• Background in school-based or early intervention settings
• Familiarity with pediatric feeding or fluency
• Comfort working in a small, independent practice setting
