Ready to start a career in marketing while making a difference?

We're hiring  Entry-Level Marketing Associates in Boise, ID to support engaging  nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives . No previous marketing experience is required—we provide  paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship .

If you're outgoing, motivated, creative, and enjoy connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to  build real-world marketing experience while supporting causes that matter.

Whether you're a recent graduate, looking for your first career, coming from retail or hospitality, or simply ready for a new opportunity,  we want to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Represent nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives
  • Engage with the public and create positive interactions
  • Educate people about nonprofit organizations and their missions
  • Support marketing, outreach, and promotional campaigns
  • Communicate with customers and community members
  • Work with a team to achieve campaign goals
  • Participate in paid training and professional development
  • Develop skills in marketing, communication, customer engagement, and leadership
