CHASE Staffing is currently seeking a Sales Business Development Manager in Newnan, GA.. This is a full-time salaried position with uncapped monthly commission.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Send sales emails to prospective clients.

·         Make daily outbound calls to decision-makers.

·         Conduct face-to-face client visits.

·         Build relationships with prospects and clients to secure meetings and generate new business.

·         Develop referral partnerships among clients and business contacts.

·         Partner with clients to understand and support their business objectives.

·         Use a consultative sales approach to support client hiring initiatives.

·         Maintain an accurate database in TempWorks.

·         Consistently exceed sales goals related to weekly gross margin, number of accounts, GM%, and weekly revenue.

·         Canvass and cold call within your designated territory each week.

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, perseverance, patience, and responsiveness.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to sell at all levels of an organization across a variety of industries.
• Experience managing a sales funnel, identifying and developing key accounts, and closing business.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to remain effective during change.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Highly competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Proven track record of collaboration, professionalism, and personal accountability.
• Staffing Experience a Plus!
