Restaurant Service Manager Compensation Range: 50,000.00 - 61,000.00 Job Summary The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations throughout their shifts, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations throughout each shift. Uphold company standards and craft an unparalleled experience for Guests. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a better-for-being mentality. Serve as a Brand ambassador, representing the company positively. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Open availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Reliable transportation. Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred: Knowledgeable of local and state health codes.
