Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models throughout preconstruction and construction
• Review contract documents, identify coordination issues, and help develop solutions with the Project Management team
• Attend coordination meetings and provide project updates
• Model systems to meet project specifications, code requirements, and constructability standards
• Run clash detection, document conflicts, and track resolutions
• Review and update Revit models to ensure accuracy and coordination
• Produce detailed coordination and fabrication drawings with strong attention to quality
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and other coordinators to support successful project execution
• Optimize system layouts for efficiency and constructability
• Provide field support and assist with layout or installation questions
• Coordinate maintenance clearances, access zones, and hanger locations with other trades
• Mentor and support junior team members
