Architect/ Architectural Staff Level II and III

Role Description This full-time, on-site Architect / Architectural Staff Level II and III role is based in Boca Raton, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and leading architectural design efforts, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with consultants and contractors across all project phases. The role involves participating in client meetings, assisting with code and zoning research, and contributing to the development of design concepts and technical details. Team members help manage project workflows, ensure quality control, and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including experience with schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Experience with Integration of building systems and coordination with engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery. Project Management capabilities, including organizing tasks, tracking milestones, and supporting communication among project stakeholders. Familiarity with Software Development concepts or workflows as they relate to design tools, integrations, or digital project delivery is beneficial but not required. Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong technical drawing skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices, with the ability to apply them in project documentation.
