Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for future sponsorship (i.e., H1B, STEM OPT extensions, TN, etc.) This position requires full-time onsite work (5 days per week) in Victor, NY and is not eligible for relocation assistance Job Summary The Collections Specialist focuses on transactional activities, including contacting customers for payment, resolving basic disputes, and updating account information. This position assists with aging report reviews, supports audits, and provides excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Success requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools. The Collections Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day collections activities within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for CooperCompanies' North America entities, within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This role ensures timely follow-up on past-due accounts, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and SOX requirements. Reporting to the Collections Supervisor, the Specialist supports dispute resolution, assists with reporting, and contributes to standardization and efficiency across shared services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
