As a remote position with the option to conduct face-to-face sessions in McMinnville, our work setting is flexible yet collaborative. The center operates with extended hours, providing services seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing for a dynamic schedule tailored to both client needs and staff preferences. We support our therapists with a comprehensive administrative team that handles scheduling and client service, enabling you to focus more on patient care without the pressure of administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather a comprehensive understanding of clients’ trauma histories and treatment needs.

• Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans geared towards trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring that each plan reflects the unique needs of the client.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions that assist clients in processing trauma, developing robust coping strategies, and fostering emotional healing.

• Engaging in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated treatment for clients.

• Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive the immediate assistance they require.

• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with knowledge and resources.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in regular case consultations, professional development workshops, and team meetings to stay aligned with best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with earnings of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer:
