Position Overview As a Shift Leader, you supervise operations on a shift‑by‑shift basis and assist management with team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’. Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred Passion for results by building teams Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head You know what it takes to be in the smile‑making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
