The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $66,280 annually depending on education and experience. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 with occasional on-call rotation. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. For many years Devereux Massachusetts has primarily served students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders in residential and group home settings. This program serves co‑ed youth ages 6 to 12 on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio we identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors that precipitated placement and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days. As the Clinical Care Manager you will: Provide direct clinical service to youth in our rapid reintegration program. Provide clinical leadership and consultation to direct care staff working in the program. Serve as a liaison between program families, agencies, attorneys, school districts, and other involved parties. Act as an advocate on behalf of youth when working with insurance companies to ensure that youth receive the required treatment and resources. Be responsible for scheduling youths medical appointments and communicating post‑appointment follow-up care to the program staff in a timely manner. Qualifications 21 years of age or older Must have valid driver's license Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work (MSW or PsyD/PhD) or specialization in counseling and direct treatment services to children required 1 year of relevant experience providing direct treatment services to children required License required although applicants who are license‑eligible in need of supervised clinical hours will be considered Experience implementing evidence‑based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ABA and Motivational Interviewing Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Devereux is a drug‑free workplace.
