Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Katy, TX, for a Sales / Lead Estimator. The Sales / Lead Estimator is responsible for generating leads, creating accurate project estimates, and building and maintaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success. This position also involves communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Sales and Business Development expertise to generate leads and convert opportunities into new business Project Estimation proficiency to prepare accurate and competitive bids Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office or project estimation software Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX, and collaborate effectively with a team Prior experience in construction, painting, or drywall industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr TPD Services LLC
