Responsibilities: Attract prospective homebuyers or home refinancers to use BWF for their mortgage needs. Build and maintain a quality network of personal and professional relationships, which serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. Conduct financial interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise clients of product/pricing policies and guidelines. Accurately gather required information from clients and effectively communicate this information to the loan processing professionals.Keep up-to-date on programs, policies and regulatory requirements for lending. Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator and will have existing referral sources. Personal integrity Drive for results Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Good understanding of mortgage lending/financial fundamentals MLO license required and significant successful sales experience.
