We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Account Manager to join our Commercial team at our Athens HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for career development in a fast-paced, international environment. Key activities and responsibilities of the role include: Develops sales strategy that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for the assigned accounts Oversees account performance according to KPIs Creates, monitors and implements a sales plan ensuring accomplishment of sales goals Prioritizes business development as a task by seeking out new accounts and opportunities Measure, track and analyze key account metrics and create reports for internal use Participates in the development and monitoring of budget Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. PM), on providing the best service to our customers Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Builds trustworthy relationships with customers, acting as an ambassador Keeps abreast with industry and market trends and best practices Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business and economics or related field At least 3 -5 years of experience in sales in industrial sector or in a relevant industry Experience in customer relationship management Proven track record of positive sales performance Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek & English. German language is a plus Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications Ability to travel extensively abroad Soft Skills: Strong business acumen Customer centric and problem resolving mentality Strong drive for delivering results Excellent listener and empathetic communicator Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trustworthy relationships Despite your experience and skills, you never stop learning, cultivating an out-of-the-box thinking, a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing ownership and agility.
