Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a thriving 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Redding, CA. You will play a pivotal role in our 100% outpatient primary care team, which is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, California's largest hospital provider. This opportunity requires the ability to accommodate a flexible practice schedule, including rotating extended weekdays.

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centric primary care, supported by a physician-led practice model with robust support staff. You will also collaborate within a strong referral system with easy access to specialists, utilizing EMR and PACS for efficient patient management.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with a commitment to delivering high-quality outpatient care, excellent clinical skills, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide full scope outpatient primary care services to a diverse adult patient population.
• Manage a panel of primary care patients, ensuring continuity of care and promoting health and wellness.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate effectively with specialists and the 24/7 Hospitalist Program for seamless patient transitions.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Highly competitive salary guarantee with signing, relocation, and quality bonuses
• Compensation Range: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
• Sign-On Bonus starting at $100,000

Required:

• Active or eligible for a medical license in the state of California
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
