About the Role:

As the team continues to grow, they're looking for a driven Sales Engineer to help accelerate growth across the US market. This is a highly impactful role where you'll lead technical customer engagements, deliver product demonstrations and POCs, translate customer feedback into product requirements, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.

Working closely with GTM teams and founders, you'll play a key role in shaping customer success, influencing product direction, and driving the company's next stage of growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in early-stage cybersecurity startups and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product demos and technical presentations to showcase the value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, addressing customer inquiries and aligning solutions with their needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to refine strategy, and provide customer insights.
  • Create playbooks, and technical enablement materials.
  • Provide feedback to improve the development of products and solutions based on customer interactions and industry trends.
  • Build and scale the Sales Engineering function from the ground up, establishing the processes, frameworks, and best practices that will support future growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Sales Engineer / Solution Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Strong technical understanding in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud environments.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
