A private, physician-owned plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in northern Delaware is seeking a Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Injectables Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures, conduct aesthetic consultations, and support pre- and post-operative plastic surgery patients. The successful candidate will deliver personalized injectable treatments, design custom facial rejuvenation plans, educate patients on non-surgical options, and contribute to practice growth through exceptional care. The role offers a competitive compensation package.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Aesthetics Injectables experience as a NP/PA
• Ability to upsell services and products
• Candidates with a following is a huge plus
• Strong proficiency with neurotoxin and dermal filler techniques, including lip, cheek, jawline, temple, and non-surgical rhinoplasty
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to cosmetic care
• Active NP/PA license and DEA registration
