Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

About the Role As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you are a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, clean and visually appealing. Your work helps customers find products quickly and supports sales across all Lowe's stores. Key Responsibilities Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks. Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping. Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage, including digital updates throughout the store. Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels. Assist in adding to sales by staging clearance products, sorting products into proper locations, and ensuring displays are appropriately placed. Repair or replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, or display items. Communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic. Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others. Utilize web‑based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Lowe's sales floor experience. Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays. Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment. Working knowledge of essential tools (hand tools, drills, saws, etc.). Working Conditions Environmental factors vary by location. You may work in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions and constant or intermittent noises is possible. Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines limiting single lifts to 75 pounds and use team lifts as needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.
