Occupational Therapist (School-Based)

Position Type: Contract (38 Weeks)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 Hours per Week

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support a dynamic and diverse school district. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide services aligned with each student’s educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive student evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with plans of care

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards

Minimum Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice

• Minimum of 1 year of professional OT experience preferred

• Knowledge of and adherence to professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required)

• Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
