Shifts Available: M-F (8am – 4:30pm) Pay: Up to $75k/annually

About Solero Behavioral Transitions

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders
• Participate in treatment planning, family sessions, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners
• Utilize crisis intervention skills to ensure safety and continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, TJC, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Social Work (LSW) with group therapy experience OR
• Master's in Social Work or Counseling
• Active, unencumbered license: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LMFT
• Must be 21 years or older
• Newly qualified grads welcome
