Mortgage Warehouse Administrator Date: Aug 14, 2026 Location: Washington, NC, US, 27889 Company: United Bank Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Mortgage Warehouse Administrator position is responsible for the review of documentation and processing of requests throughout the life of a warehouse line loan. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES 1. Review documentation input in WLS system to verify that the information input into WLS corresponds with the documentation received; 2. Return or decline loans when appropriate; 3. Prepare necessary forms and tickets for the disbursement wires; 4. Review and process incoming document files; 5. Endorse and ship original Notes to investors as requested by originators; 6. Review and process incoming Payoffs/Settlement documentation, and prepare necessary tickets; 7. Prepare and distribute weekly Mortgage Warehouse Line reports. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Set up new originators in WLS system per loan approval; 2. Set up accesses for new originator personnel in WLS system; 3. Set up new closing agents in WLS system. Includes verifying wire instructions, and receipt and review of current insurance coverages; 4. Be the point of contact, and the subject matter expert on the WLS system for the originators and closing agents This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 year college degree preferred; General knowledge of residential mortgage lending business highly preferred; KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Strong time management skills, organization and follow-through skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills.
