CPM Builders is a premier commercial general contractor specializing in luxury retail and high-end interior construction throughout South Florida and the East Coast.

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and bilingual Construction Crew Member / Project Runner to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, including assisting with construction labor, delivering materials, picking up supplies, supporting field crews, and helping keep projects running efficiently.

No two days are the same. You'll be an essential part of our operations, working alongside experienced construction professionals on some of the region's most prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Support

• Assist field crews with general construction labor and daily jobsite activities.
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Assist with demolition, material installation, and miscellaneous construction tasks as directed.
• Move materials throughout the jobsite.
• Support Superintendents and Project Managers with project needs.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and all company safety policies.

Project Runner / Delivery Duties

• Pick up and deliver construction materials, tools, and equipment to active jobsites.
• Retrieve orders from vendors, warehouses, and suppliers throughout South Florida.
• Verify materials before delivery using packing slips and purchase orders.
• Transport permits, project documents, samples, and other company items.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Communicate delivery status and project needs with office and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
• Reliable transportation to report to the office or assigned jobsite.
• Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable driving throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding areas.
• Previous construction or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project demands.
• Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays when project schedules require.
