Responsibilities

Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage gaps and insurance goals.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes that align with specific risk profiles and budgets.

Manage policy renewals and mid-term changes with a high level of accuracy and care.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local families and business owners in Ridge and beyond.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.

Stay updated on state regulations and industry shifts to ensure our clients always remain protected.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.

Solid track record of managing and growing a book of business.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.

Deep understanding of the local Maryland market and community needs.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

Strong organization skills and a detail-oriented approach to account management.
