Shift Supervisor Shift range: $17.65 - $21.28 per hour. The Shift Supervisor manages day‑to‑day operations during mid and closing shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, profit optimization, and restaurant cleanliness. Responsibilities Lead and supervise peers during scheduled shifts, ensuring all team members follow company standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and overall restaurant presentation. Resolve guest interactions efficiently and professionally. Support profit maximization through effective management of costs, labor, and inventory. Represent Company & Brand Equity Standards as an ambassador of the brand. Collaborate with exempt management to achieve operational goals. Qualifications Minimum of 21 years of age. Minimum of one year of full‑service restaurant experience (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Strong oral and written communication, hospitality and conflict‑resolution skills. Basic business math, accounting, and analytical decision‑making skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
