Salary: $92,000–$105,000 Base Salary + Earn Up to $12,000 annually in BCBA specific bonus opportunities!
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, No weekends. Ever.
Setting: In-person, clinic-based services
Billable expectation: Flexible hybrid schedule with a 28-hour weekly billable expectation and the ability to complete administrative work remotely, one day a week.

Based out of our Hermosa Beach location, you’ll work directly with learners, providing clinical direction, coaching staff, and helping individualized treatment plans translate into everyday progress. What You'll Do

• Bring ABA principles to life in clinic and home settings, helping learners build skills that make a difference in their everyday lives.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans using functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and evidence-based interventions.
• Use data to guide clinical decisions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
• Coach and support Behavior Technicians through hands-on supervision, modeling, and feedback that builds confidence and clinical skills.
• Partner with families through caregiver training, progress updates, and strategies that help skills carry over multiple environments.
• Provide clinical guidance for learners with complex needs, including challenging behaviors and crisis situations.
• Keep clinical care organized and accountable through accurate documentation, coordinated services, and adherence to BACB and payer requirements.

You Might Be Our Person If You

• Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB and meet applicable state licensure requirements.
• Have at least 2–3 years of experience providing ABA services.
• Feel confident supporting learners with complex needs and high-acuity behaviors.
• Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping Behavior Technicians develop their clinical skills.
• Bring strong clinical judgment and use data to guide meaningful treatment decisions.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with families, educators, and clinical teams.
• Believe in providing ethical, compassionate, individualized care that makes a difference in learners' everyday lives.

Required Skills

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
• State licensure, if applicable
• A minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience
• Strong experience supporting high-acuity behaviors and complex cases
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff
• A commitment to ethical, compassionate, data-driven care
