CNC Machine Operator Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Advanced Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. Preferred candidates should have experience with CNC or similar production machinery and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Job Highlights
- $21.00 / hour

- Operate manual and automated production equipment efficiently
- Load, run, and monitor machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments
- Inspect parts using gauges, measuring instruments, and visual inspections
- Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to leadership
- Complete production logs and accurately report output
- Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience operating CNC or similar production machinery
- Knowledge of machine setup and tool offsets
- Ability to read blueprints and process instructions
- Experience using measuring and inspection tools
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training in CNC machining or machine tool technology preferred
