Responsibilities Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents. Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service. Qualifications Dependable, licensed attorney with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding client care and clear, professional communication. Proactive thought—creative, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow within the firm. Strong interest in networking, relationship-building, and maintaining a professional presence on social media. 2–5 years of relevant legal experience. Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with both in-office and remote flexibility. Team player who values a family-oriented, people-first workplace culture. Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm. Compensation & Growth Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure.
