2 months ago Be among the first 25 applicants Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families. We take pride in fostering a culture of compassionate care and empathy , ensuring that every child receives individualized, high-quality ABA services. As a BCBA, you will design and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote progress and success. You'll also have opportunities to develop training programs, evaluate staff performance, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture . Participation in IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to advocate for clients and ensure service continuity. At Ad Astra, we believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance , offering flexibility and support to help you thrive both professionally and personally. This full-time role provides $50-$65 per hour , flexible scheduling, professional growth opportunities, and company-provided tools, including a phone and laptop . We also offer paid travel time and mileage reimbursement for in-home clinical supervision. The position requires local travel to oversee behavior therapy services and ensure effective treatment implementation. We value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in behavior analysis , while prioritizing the well-being of both clients and staff.
