Restaurant Team Lead

Agape is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant serving fresh, flavorful bowls, salads, and pitas. As a Team Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills while learning every aspect of restaurant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example and create a positive, welcoming environment for both guests and team members
• Support and coach team members throughout each shift
• Help ensure excellent guest service and a consistent dining experience
• Follow and reinforce food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Ensure recipes and procedures are followed to maintain food quality and consistency
• Help organize and prioritize tasks to keep the restaurant running efficiently
• Monitor food levels and ensure stations are properly stocked and organized
• Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining restaurant standards
• Help resolve guest and team member concerns professionally and positively
• Support management with daily restaurant operations and team development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Job Requirements

• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures
• Stand and/or walk for the entire shift
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while leading by example
