Per Diem NNP Needed for Expanding Level III in Gainesville, Florida!

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, board certified Neonatal Hospitalist to provide per diem coverage at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital . • Flexible scheduling designed to support long-term work life balance
• 8-hour daytime shifts no deliveries, no overnight call
• Daily responsibilities include newborn nursery rounding, supervising family medicine residents, and performing circumcisions

• 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
• 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 14)
• ~3,500 annual deliveries
• Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
• Advanced services include body cooling , oscillators , and a dedicated RN/RT-staffed regional transport team

• Work alongside experienced Neonatologists , NNPs , OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, and telehealth subspecialists

• HCA Florida North Florida Hospital a 523 bed, full-service, award winning HCA facility
• State-of-the-art NICU , newly opened in 2021
• A growing Women s & Children s program with strong institutional support

• Board Certification in Pediatrics Required with recent Neonatal experience
• Active FL license or active IMLC letter of qualification required
