Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Med Surg PCU Team

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg PCU team in San Antonio, TX. This position involves delivering exceptional, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients facing acute and complex health issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and patient responses to treatments closely.
• Administer medications and coordinate comprehensive care plans across various disciplines.
• Assist with medical procedures and ensure safe transitions of care for patients.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Mentor and support new staff members as they acclimate to our team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a Med Surg or PCU setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
