Registered Nurse

Coastal Endoscopy Center has an immediate need for a part‑time Registered Nurse. About the Role The Registered Nurse plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and implements all nursing care services for pre‑ or post‑surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. The RN ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all federal and state standards of care. The PACU RN performs additional duties as needed by the department. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey. Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications. At least 1+ year of experience in Pre‑Op/PACU or Critical Care (GI experience a plus). Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment. Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent team player with ability to communicate with staff, patients, and physicians. Starting Pay $42.00 per hour (wages determined based on qualifications and experience).
