Our mission is to create a community of caring professionals who are passionate about making a difference — and we believe in supporting our team every step of the way.What You'll Do:Conduct consultations and assessments tailored to each child's unique needsDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment programsProvide direct therapy and family education to promote meaningful progressMaintain organized client files and collaborate with our interdisciplinary teamParticipate in ongoing learning and professional growth opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For:Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy with a current California licenseA minimum of 1 year pediatrics experience, preferably with familiarity in RCOCStrong knowledge of early intervention principles, developmental milestones, and evidence-based practicesPassion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilitiesBilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean) are a plus!Preferred but not required:Previous experience in early intervention settingsWork Schedule:Part-time position, approximately 6-10 hours per weekFlexible scheduling over two days to accommodate availabilityServices provided in our clinic locations (Brea and Garden Grove) and in clients' homesPay Range: $75-85 per hourJoin Our Community:At Patterns, you'll find more than a job — you'll find a place where your dedication is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly changes lives.
