Beacon Plainwell – Plainwell, Michigan

• 11-bed Emergency Department attached to an LTACH
• Mostly urgent care level patients.
• Annual volume of 10,500 with 30-35 patients per day.
• Respiratory tech, bedside ultrasound for line placement, x-ray and CT 24/7, and general ultrasound M-F 8am-4:30pm.
• Excellent efficiency in our ER and committed nursing and ancillary staff.
• Easy transfers to main hospital for admissions.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part‑time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
