Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Health Advocates Network, Inc. seeks a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform complex diagnostic testing across multiple disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and molecular assays. The CLS will process specimens, validate and analyze results, and accurately report findings to support timely patient care. Responsibilities include instrument calibration and maintenance, troubleshooting, QC/QA monitoring, and adherence to CLIA, CAP, and hospital policies. The role collaborates closely with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians in a fast-paced environment while upholding HAN’s standards of service, integrity, and accountability.
