To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent credential from an accredited program - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, with CPR certification preferred - Specialized certifications, such as in neurological or geriatric therapy, are beneficial but not mandatory.
