Sr Global Product Manager

Senior Global Product Manager role at a major medical technology company overseeing end-to-end success of enterprise solutions across medication management and supply platforms. Requires strategic product management expertise, lifecycle management capability, and cross-functional leadership to drive innovation and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company and business unit objectives
- Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs, opportunities, and competitive trends
- Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and retirement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, healthcare, information management, data science, or related field
- 7+ years product management experience with 3+ years in senior/lead role
- 5+ years with data systems, business intelligence, and analytics software (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, Alteryx, SAP, SFDC)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams on product and portfolio strategy
- Proven ability developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Experience managing full product lifecycle including launches and end-of-life transitions
- Global life sciences experience in healthcare or medical devices sector
