Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

CURAtive

Outpatient Preventative Care clinic needs an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine clinician in Illinois, with a steady Medicare panel and no call. Expect manageable daily volume and strong onsite support to keep your day moving.

Highlights

Fast credentialing, typically about 30 days using Axuall
No call required
Consistent outpatient schedule, Monday through Friday
Established older patient panel, predictable follow ups and chronic care
Must speak Spanish

Practice Setting

Outpatient preventative care and traditional primary care, majority age 65+
Typical volume 16 to 18 patients per day
Care mix includes diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, CHF, CAD history, mild cognitive impairment
Support includes MA and scribe support, plus RNs supporting the clinic overall

Schedule

Monday through Friday coverage
Standard clinic hours 8AM to 5PM
No call

Requirements

Must be a Nurse Practitioner
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Illinois license required
Comfort managing chronic disease in a Medicare population
