Leasing Consultant

WH Property Group | Atlanta, GA | Part-Time or Full-Time The Role We are looking for a Leasing Consultant who enjoys helping people find the right place to call home. You will listen to what prospective residents need, match them with the right community, and guide them through signing their lease. In this role, you will represent properties across our portfolio, touring prospects and supporting them from first inquiry through move-in and renewal. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range, including experience, skills, and qualifications. Lease commission bonus opportunities available Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (up to 20 hours per week) positions available Saturday availability is required. Weekday hours are also required, and we offer flexibility on which weekday(s) you work. What You'll Do: Welcome prospects by phone, email, and in-person, and show them what makes each community a great fit Tour properties across our portfolio and support prospects through the full leasing and sales process, from first inquiry to lease signing Follow up with leads to keep prospects informed and engaged Process rental applications and screening, and prepare lease agreements in Entrata Reach out to residents ahead of lease expiration and handle renewal paperwork Respond to day-to-day resident requests and questions, and connect residents with the right solution Build strong resident relationships that encourage renewals and referrals Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks on time Join in on resident events and community activities Grow your knowledge of real estate and leasing operations through hands‑on experience Qualifications: Strong sales and customer service skills, with a positive, service‑minded attitude; preferred backgrounds in multifamily, retail, or hospitality (but not required) Positive attitude with the ability to maintain a smile under all circumstances. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Careful attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills Professional, friendly communication with residents, teammates, and property partners Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new software; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Entrata is a plus Willingness to ask questions, seek help when needed, and keep learning High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and proof of auto insurance Availability to work Saturdays and a flexible weekday schedule Legal authorization to work in the United States Conversational Spanish is preferred but not required.
