Gaia is seeking a Creative Lead in New York to scale our creative function, owning brand visuals and messaging from day one. You’ll ideate, design, and direct work across brand and performance to translate complex family-building decisions into clear, trustworthy experiences. You’ll build a category-defining creative operation, establish a scalable design system, and partner with Growth, Partnerships, and Leadership to drive acquisition and brand trust while mentoring a growing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gaia
