HTF Staffing is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time elementary school opportunity in Cedar, Minnesota.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Special Education Teacher (ASD)
Location: Cedar, MN 55011
Grade Levels: K–5
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:50 AM–3:50 PM
Start Date: ASAP
School Start Date: September 8, 2026
End Date: June 3, 2027
Caseload: 8–10 students
Setting: Elementary School
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide specialized instruction and support to K–5 students with disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Support students with autism spectrum disorder and other special education needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education required.
• ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or ABS (Academic Behavioral Strategist) licensure required.
• Experience working with elementary students preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
