Project Finance Associate (3rd - 5th Year)

The Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group is seeking an Associate (ideally 3rd to 5th Year range) to join their team in New York, but will also consider Washington, DC, and Houston. Ideal candidates will have experience in project finance and development, limited recourse and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors; candidates with leveraged finance or other types of finance experience are also welcome to apply. The group’s clients include major corporations, private equity, and other institutional investors, banks, and financial institutions. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required; candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
