Job Title: Mixer Job Description
This role operates industrial mixing equipment to prepare food products according to precise batch specifications. You will weigh, measure, and blend ingredients, document production activity, and ensure each batch meets strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment. Responsibilities
* Operate industrial mixer machines safely and efficiently to produce consistent batches of product.
* Read and interpret batch sheets accurately to follow formulas, ingredient quantities, and process steps.
* Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to specified recipes and production standards.
* Load prepared dried mixtures and other ingredients into mixing machinery in the correct sequence.
* Start, monitor, and stop machines as required, ensuring proper operation throughout each batch.
* Manually pull dough or mixed product out of the machine and
