This role is essential to our success, ensuring that our clients receive their linens and event rental items on time, in perfect condition, and with professional courtesy. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and deliver linens and other rental items to customer locations on time and according to schedule. Complete pickups promptly and accurately, ensuring all items are properly handled and documented. Communicate courteously and effectively with clients and the T3 team regarding delivery times, routes, and special instructions. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of delivery vehicles. Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork or digital logs. Assist with warehouse organization and preparation of linens when needed. Represent T3 Event Rentals professionally at all customer interactions. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen. Excellent sense of direction and strong organizational skills. Laundry Specialist Position Overview The Laundry Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our linen inventory. This position is responsible for inspecting, processing and preparing linens for upcoming rentals using industrial laundry equipment. Attention to detail, pride in cleanliness and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming linens for damage, stains or missing items upon return from events. Sort linens by type, size and color before laundering. Operate commercial washers, dryers and pressing equipment according to company procedures and safety standards. Fold, hang and pack clean linens for upcoming orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility. Track damaged or stained linens and report issues to manager. Assist with inventory management and quality control. Follow safety procedures when handling machinery and cleaning agents. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial laundry, hospitality or a similar environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment is a plus. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons. Sales Representative Position Overview T3 Event Rentals is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients to plan successful events, ensuring they have the right equipment, space, and logistics in place. From large-scale corporate events to backyard celebrations, you’ll help clients navigate their rental needs and serve as their dedicated account manager. Responsibilities Consult with clients to assess their event rental needs, ensuring all equipment and logistics fit their space and guest count. Conduct site visits to evaluate tent placement, venue logistics, and layout considerations. Provide recommendations for tables, chairs, linens, climate control, bars, staging, and other rental equipment based on event type and size. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business. Work closely with the operations team to coordinate deliveries, installations, and pick‑ups. Generate quotes, process contracts, and ensure all rental agreements align with client expectations. Stay informed on industry trends, event planning best practices, and local event needs to better serve customers. Follow up with clients post‑event to gather feedback and encourage future business. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, event planning, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with internal teams. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable with site visits and evaluating event spaces. Proficiency in using CRM software or rental management tools is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to accommodate client meetings and event schedules. General Warehouse Employee Position Overview A General Warehouse Employee in an event rental business is responsible for ensuring proper care, storage, quality control, and distribution of goods in a warehouse setting. The employee works in coordination with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery and setup of rental equipment to clients’ event locations. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming rental equipment, verifying that quantities and specifications match the order. Organize and store equipment in designated areas, ensuring easy accessibility and good condition. Conduct regular inventory checks as instructed to ensure all equipment is accounted for and in proper working condition. Prepare equipment for delivery to event locations, including cleaning, packing, and labeling items. Load and transport equipment to and from event locations using company vehicles. Set up and dismantle equipment at event locations according to client specifications, ensuring safety and correct installation. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper function and appearance. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work for extended periods. Good communication skills to work effectively in a team setting. Familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques is an added advantage.
