This contract position involves delivering comprehensive care to pediatric patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety, comfort, and family involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Prepare the operating room for procedures.
• Serve as a circulating nurse or scrub nurse during surgeries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records (EMR).
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and child-life specialists.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license with specialization in pediatrics.
• Experience in an operating room setting.
