The ideal candidate for this opportunity is organized, has solid communication skills, can work independently, is team oriented, and personable. This position requires a dependable, versatile individual who has experience in civil engineering design. Candidates are required to have a California PE License or qualified for licensure and actively in the process of obtaining a PE license.Responsibilities:Works under general direction on complex projects to prepare designs, reports, and calculations in accordance with project requirements and engineering standardsWorks to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and meet the requirements of our clientsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor 's Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum five years of demonstrated design and plan preparation experienceCalifornia PE License or EIT registered and actively pursuing a California PE LicenseCurrent experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3DExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills including an ability to interact professionally and knowledgeably with clientsSelf-motivated and goal oriented, with strong attention to detailSolid experience with the MS Office SuiteWe offer a generous salary and benefits package that includes company paid medical and dental insurance, vacation and a 401(k) plan.
