Trauma Clinical Nurse

Seeking a registered nurse to join the Trauma Unit within a leading Level I Trauma Center. The role involves providing direct patient care for a diverse and critical patient population, including trauma, surgical, and acute care patients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, promoting patient and family-centered care, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The nurse will educate patients on managing their injuries or illnesses and coordinate communication across care teams. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing Current RN license Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of experience Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment Key Duties: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to complex trauma and surgical patients Develop and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients Participate in professional development and safety initiatives Support patient education on post-treatment care and medication management Work Environment & Growth: Join a supportive, collaborative team with mentorship programs and opportunities to advance into leadership or specialized clinical roles within emergency, intensive care, or management sectors.
